作为一名交付体验专员，你的职责将是为特斯拉的每位车主营造一生中最难忘的时刻–新车交付。交付体验专员通过帮助客户筹备车辆，和客户沟通交车地点，陪同客户对车辆的功能和系统进行演示，最重要的是让客户体验到“特斯拉似的微笑”，为客户提供优质的顾客体验。   职责描述 RESPONSIBILITIES Ÿ   作为特斯拉的品牌代表，致力于为客户打造新颖和激动人心的交车体验。 Ÿ   车辆现场交付的**责任人。 Ÿ   管控与协调交付中心资源，例如：停车位数量，交付礼品数量。 Ÿ   提前确认当日/当周预约数量，配合交付顾问控制交付进度。 Ÿ   提前确认PDI状态及车辆问题，并及时反馈给交付顾问。 Ÿ   提前准备车辆手续，确保手续准确齐全。 Ÿ   处理顾客现场需求，如现场办理保险手续，牌照手续。 Ÿ   负责解决交付现场出现的顾客投诉。 Ÿ   如交付体验专员处理现场顾客投诉后，顾客仍有后续需求，交付体验专员需继续跟进，交付顾问需及时配合。 Ÿ   跟进车辆交付后的顾客满意度，及时针对于顾客交付疑虑，提出反馈和解决方案。  Ÿ   深入掌握特斯拉车辆的驱动系统及其特性，并能将此传递给客户。 Ÿ   始终坚持品牌标准，保持专业的形象。 Ÿ   利用CRM系统，确保信息能及时高效得传达给管理部门。 Ÿ   将客户意见反馈给公司的市场营销和产品开发团队，以完善交车体验，并保证我们提供无与伦比的“特斯拉体验“。 Ÿ   按要求接受公司层面的各项培训，包括但不限于各类员工规章制度、商业准则、EHS、信息安全等培训，并严格遵守公司相关规章制度。 Ÿ   其他职责：根据业务发展需要，完成管理层指定的其他工作。   任职要求 REQUIREMENTS 最低要求 Ÿ   出色的英语和中文的口头和书面表达能力。 Ÿ   持有有效中国驾照，熟练驾驶，并无不良行驶记录。 Ÿ   具备优质客户服务经验者优先。 Ÿ   主动进取，目标导向，有上进心。 Ÿ   具有创造性思维，能独立迅速地解决关键问题。 Ÿ   能够和多个业务部门建立并保持良好的工作关系。 优先考虑要求 Ÿ   本科学历及以上，相关销售服务背景和工作经验者优先。
