Build and manage relationship with payment partners, acquiring banks, negotiate payment processing fees, payment terms etc. 4. Work closely with the sales team, technical team and finance team to know their requirements and communicate them to the payment channel 5. Manage account opening process including KYC, Agreement signing, etc. 6. Assist the technical team with communication during integration stage in order to achieve a smooth and fast integration. 7. Coordinate meetings when needed, attend meetings and help with translations 8. Coordinate with ***** employees to assist in product testing after integration before product goes live. 9. Open and manage merchant accounts and operations 10. Process user complaints and transmit other information received from payment channel to the team on time. 11.
