    Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Hotline Services Associate to join our Depository & Participant Services team (based in Shenzhen office).     职位职责: 日常实习:面向全体在校生,为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍:飞书是字节跳动旗下先进企业协作与管理平台,围绕目标、信息与人三个维度全方位助力组织升级。一站式整合即时沟通、日历、音视频会议、文档、云盘等办公协作套件,让组织和个人工作更高效更愉悦。飞书目前已服务包括互联网、信息技术、制造、建筑地产、教育、媒体在内等众多领域的先进企业。 1、负责飞书产品客户端、Web端、移动端或服务端产品的业务项目测试; 2、参与整个团队质量体系的搭建,包括但不限于:自动化测试、持续集成、各类专项测试等; 3、线上问题追踪及分析。 职位要求: 1、本科及以上学历在读,计算机相关专业优先; 2、最少掌握一门高级语言,掌握一门以上语言,包括Golang、Python、Java等; 3、了解常用客户端、服务端开发/测试工具,熟悉任意客户端/服务端自动化框架者优先; 4、对大模型感兴趣,并有一定使用经验者优先。
