岗位职责： 1、对无线项目交付团队技术人员、组织架构、工作流程、激励考核和产品方案等进行综合管理，确保高效和高品质完成项目的实施交付与运维。 2、根据电力行业特点及应用场景需求，制定无线专网通信综合解决方案。 3、配合销售人员及售前人员进行市场推进，包括解决方案支持、投标支持等各项工作。深入理解行业特征和把握行业客户业务需求，帮助客户对公司产品和方案的优势建立清晰认知。 4、带领团队高效和高品质完成项目的落地与实施，同时提供良好的售后和运维服务。 5、根据售前、工程和售后工作内容，不断标准化流程、文档及知识，输出销售工具包等标准材料，培训和提升团队，并在此基础上完善和优化。在提供好的产品和解决方案的同时，建立一个强大的技术团队，建立一套高效的管理机制，建立与时俱进、不断领先的方法论。 6、对销售人员和其他相关部门定期进行技术培训，确保销售人员对业务和产品了解充分、精准，确保运营团队能够更好地提供支撑。 7、能够和其他业务部门及公司产品、研发中心等保持良好的沟通，协同更多资源来完善方案和提升方案；善于和公司外部资源协同，共同面向大型项目和联合研发。 任职要求： 1、通信相关专业，***大学本科及以上学历，硕士以上学历优先，985/211和通信专业院校优先； 2、八年以上通信专业性工作，五年以上项目实施交付经验，三年以上项目管理经验；有垂直行业通信解决方案工作经验者优先，具有电力行业通信项目经验的优先； 3、对LTE、5G移动通信技术以及WLAN、LPWAN等无线通信技术的一种或几种有较深的理解； 4、至少熟悉网络规划、网络设计、网络工程实施、网络优化中的3个以上环节； 5、熟悉项目管理流程及管理方法，熟练掌握项目管理工具； 6、责任感强，团队意识强，认真、积极、主动、细致、沉稳；善于沟通和表达； 7、富于创业精神，能承受高压和挑战，可接受出差。
