职位职责： 1、负责产品技术条线的风险运营管理，聚焦产品规则、功能及信息安全领域的风控合规；执行系统风险排查与日常风控数据分析，追踪异常并深入归因，输出专项分析报告； 2、基于已识别的风险点与产品问题，合理设计事中与事后监控规则及指标体系，推动问题闭环处理，并随业务发展与风险态势变化持续优化迭代； 3、承接并落实业务团队的合规需求，前置介入各类产品场景，提供合规建议与风险预判，提升各协作团队的风险防范意识； 4、熟悉生活服务类业务流程，能够协同业务合规、策略、产品、数据分析等多方团队，构建覆盖业务全流程、多场景的风险识别与治理闭环机制。 职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，3-5年及以上的信息系统审计（ITAC、ITGC等）相关经验，拥有产品风控经验者优先； 2、熟悉产品开发测试至上线全流程，掌握信息安全与个人信息保护相关规范；具备基础代码能力，可解析、审计Python、Go、Java等语言的代码逻辑； 3、对数据高度敏感，能熟练运用SQL、BI等数据分析工具；具备优秀的数据分析、信息整合与风险洞察能力，善于从数据中提炼风险信号； 4、具备项目管理经验，拥有良好的团队协作与目标驱动意识，擅长跨部门沟通协调与资源整合。
