Responsibilities
1. To be the product expert in team, knows product with best knowledge – second only to studio
2. Work with 3rd party publisher team & internal dev team, to be a key decision maker in relation to product culturalization, operation & monetization.
3. Monitor operation stats, work with BI team to provide reports with accurate analysis and interpretations of data that will help for future product decisions.
4. Support publishing producer with product performance predication, like revenue forecast, etc.
5. Scan competitive landscape and educate EA internal on new content, features, gameplay, etc. that resonate with ***** gamers.
6. Lead communications between licensee and ***** operators, to identify, address & report issues that arise during integration and running service to ensure major deliverables and milestone are met.
7. Working with 3rd party licensee to ensure that product changes and marketing activities are correctly approved and align with EA brand strategy and internal policies.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of game production/operation experience, IP licensor/licensee for mobile game experience preferred.
2. Good understanding of game industry and trend of domestic game market
3. Operate 1 or more successful online games in SPG, FPS, Racing, can plan & give appropriate suggestion on product operation events.
4. Strong product sense and deep understanding of both ***** online and mobile game market, can give appropriate advice to internal dev team for game content and culturalization
5. Good at logics and sense of operational data analysis. Can both analyzing data & predicating future performance
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, relationship/consensus building, and management salesmanship
7. Fluent English/Chinese (written and verbal), Korean speaking is a bonus
8. Preference for candidates with marketing and *****ization experience & development understanding is a bonus
