The position:
Tasks, responsibilities, and competencies:
– To achieve the annual sales target.
– To pursue prompt payment from customers and ensure that financial exposure and bad debt risk are minimized.
– To manage accurately forecast sales volume to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained.
– To identify key accounts and formulate specific strategies and tactical action plans to develop sustainable business with them.
– Implementation and usage of CRM in China.

Indicators for the appraisal of achievements:
– Achieved the defined targets of each year in terms of Gross Profit, Turnover, Volume and Gross Margin etc.
– Work out and carry out the key account plan for strategic key accounts in the responsible territory. Develop sustainable profitable business.
– Every customer is recorded in CRM system and regularly up dated.
– Based on each Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager responsible territory, develop high quality distributors.
Requirements:
– Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
– University Degree
– More than 4 years’ experience in sales with tooling or machining background.
– Negotiation skills, communicate skills and good product knowledge
