1. Task and objective:

 - Participate commodity meeting as RD deputy,coordinate with responsible engineer to give feedback to assigned tasks in time with required quality 

- Distribute engineering changes in time in ACM to responsible engineer for exterior parts 

- *****ize plastic parts (E.g welding cover, chrome logo), make sure parts maturity can full fill quality and timeline milestones 

- Technical support to BBAC for SOP projects, E.g join the analysis meeting and contact BTV to align necessary optimization

 - Coordinate with supplier to set up proper test plan and track the test result 

-Support team in administration topics 

2. Qualification requirements: 

- Bacholer degree or above in automotive engineering relevant majors (e.g. automotive, mechanical, EE), OEM experience will be a plus 

- Chinese native speaker with good mandarin, highly proficient in written and spoken English (negotiation level), German language is a plus; 

- Good office IT skills are mandatory, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel; 

- Good knowledge of exterior products and manufacture process; 

- Excellence skills of cross function project management, follow-up of program timing, process, task execution;

 - Engineering mindset, team spirit, proactive, self-motivated, integrity, openness, curiosity, and creativity; 

3. Communicative relationship:

 - DGRC RD: Daily coordination/execution; 

- DGRC PM: Weekly meeting participation, report the status and get support; 

- BBAC :Based on plant needs, maybe bi weekly or monthly; 

- Supplier: Weekly or according to agreed meeting schedule;
