Your mission in this role:
Write the user documentation (product manuals, user guides, help documents and training materials) in English and Chinese for animal trackers.

Job Description
As a technical writer, you will work closely with the R&D team to
- create, update and maintain various technical documents, including product manual, user guide, online help, troubleshooting guide and FAQ
- *****ize user interface of web-based software and apps
- write in-app or on-screen instructions for our products
- cross review other writers' work
- check the feedback from customers and provide improvement
工作内容
作为一名技术文档工程师，你需要通过与研发人员深度合作来产出以下内容：
- 创建、更新和维护各类技术文档，包括产品手册、用户指南、在线帮助手册，故障排查以及 FAQ
- 对网页平台和移动 app 的本地化翻译
- 为公司各产品编写应用内帮助
- 交叉评审其他文档工程师的工作
- 分析文档相关的用户反馈并提出改善计划
要求
- 优秀的中英文协作能力
- 至少 1 年的技术文档工作经历，或通信、软件研发、硬件研发领域的翻译工作经历
- 通信、计算机或英语专业
- 对解模块化写作和 DITA 有一定了解
- 熟悉基于 XML 的编辑软件，例如 Frame Maker、Epic Editor、Oxygen Author 等
- 有 Markdown 和 Github 使用经验
