MISSION:
Perform Resident Engineer activities for Active Safety products (ADAS/Radar/Camera) in customer side,.
POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:
 Continuous communication with customer and Veoneer members to understand/align function and performance requirements.
 Lead/ coordinate and support on-site integration test, meetings, other customer requests.
 Proactively involve suitable stakeholders (internal/external) to solve technical issues.
 Build and maintain a close relationship with the customer counterpart while advocating on Veoneer’s behalf whenever possible.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 Engineering bachelor or above;
 At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Engineering or related field;
 Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written);
 Skills on identifying, analyzing, clarifying, managing, and resolving problems.
 Self-motivated and proactive in taking ownership and following up on tasks;
 Driving license is mandatory.
 Knowledge of automotive electronics and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) preferred;
 Experience with CAN based tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, and CANape preferred;
 English or Japanese read and write
