Job Description:
1.Collecting product requirements of home appliance from all stakeholders internally and externally，including functional and non-functional requirements
从内部及外部各部门搜集家电产品需求，包括功能性以及非功能性需求
2.Breakdown products requirements to electronics requirements, analyzing and finishing documents of system requirements, and responsible for requirement review and approval
根据产品需求，分解到电子的需求，完成电子系统需求文档，同时主持电子系统需求文档的评估活动；
3.Define electronics system architecture of different platform according to electronics system requirements
根据不同系统需求定义整个产品的电子系统架构
4.Breakdown the electronics system requirements to each sub system like power board, control board, Etc.
将电子系统需求的文档转化为各个子系统如电源板，控制板等的需求
5.organize technical review during developing phase, grasp the technical direction
组织开发过程中关键节点的技术评审，把握项目开发过程中的技术方向


Professional Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering or related, more than 5 yeas hardware or software developing experience
学士学位及以上，电子工程相关专业, 5年以上硬件或者软件的开发经验
2.Experienced with requirements analysis, management and system architecture, knowhow with home appliance is preferred
有做过家电需求分析及管理，系统架构的经验优先
3.Experienced with project management, clearly understand development process of whole project
一定的项目管理经验，清晰知道整个项目的开发流程
4.Have clear logical thinking ability, good communication and team work ability
具有清晰的逻辑思维能力、良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力
5.Strong self-motivation, high sense of responsibility and ability to work efficiently under strong pressure
有较强的自我驱动力、高度责任心以及在较强压力下高效工作的能力
6.Fluent English in both oral and written​
