- Lead the team of vendor business analyst for SPACE program where he/she will ensure the next gen tool will be able to cover all functional requirement from the legacy tool.
- In charge of the documentation for SPACE program by reviewing and documenting documentation provided by the vendor for business requirement, user acceptance criteria
- Optimize the CRM process for SPACE Program by working with our business team on process re-engineering.
- Assist the Product Manager for SPACE by conducting user research, identifying business needs defining solution scope, and developing business case and detailed requrement specifications.
- Coordinate with technical team & vendor to fulfill the requirement
- Work with vendor team to conduct System Integration Testing
- Work with vendor and business team to conduct User Acceptance Testing
Profile & Position Requirements:
Required credentials:
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in the role of a regional business analyst.
• Ability to navigate in very complex matricial and multi-country environment
• Expert knowledge in CRM processes and systems
• Good knowledge of marketing domain processes for Retail or Consumer Goods industry
• Diligent & detail oriented individuals with ability to understand customer needs and business priorities
• Process oriented who can perform problem solving using strong analytical skills.
• Strong and proactive communication and facilitation skills in English and experiences in partnering with business users, vendors, and other IT team members.
• Good working attitude and strong ownership.
• Agile project management experience is a plus
• Digital, and/or eCommerce related experience is a plus
• Cosmetics industry experience is a plus
