WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:

As a software engineer you’ll develop the platform of our market risk, to measure and control our risk exposed in trading market. You will work with internal stakeholders across the company including risk, trading, operation teams and technical teams cross offices all over the world, implement key features in our risk control software stack, experience and responsibility for the entire software development life cycle.

Some of the things you could be involved in are:

·Build scalable, stable platform of market risk to help risk and trading team to measure and control the risk during trading.

·Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to build solutions to adapt our systems to the fast-evolving markets.

·Collaborate with technical team cross office to contribute to the systems used in China, APAC as well as other markets all over the world.

·Contribute to our never ending goal of continuous improvements, such as providing insights to where our system and controls can be optimized and improved.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

·You have experience as a Software Engineer working on system backends or client/server architectures or distributed systems.

·Strong engineering instincts and a deep understanding of computing fundamentals

·Natural problem solvers who love nothing more than tackling a complex technical challenge

·Good learner with motivation to learn and work with different tech stacks including c++, c#, etc.

·Team players with solid English communication skills who love working with like-minded peers and are always looking to learn and improve
