The Market Development Manager is responsible for the maintenance and development of potential and existing business channels within their region in order to build the brand awareness and deliver the regional leads growth target.
The business channels include: education agents, domestic exchange programs, language centers and student ambassador networks.
Job Responsibilities
1.Grow new bookings in China through the development and management of profitable channels such as agent and institutional relationships etc., in line with the agreed sales and marketing strategy
2.Performance management to ensure targets are met through engagement with different channels.
3.Develop the agent network in China to ensure more active agents in relevant regions sending leads across different destination countries.
4.Develop new and alternative channel strategies where applicable.
5.Plan and implement successful sales and marketing campaigns in the regional market via on-line and off-line events.
6.Sign up with the educational agents to deliver brand awareness amongst counsellors as well as potential students.
7.Build strong relationships with Supply, Content, Product and Customer service teams to ensure the highest levels of users’ experience, efficiency and problem resolution.
8.Be a good team player, working efficiently with other team members to ensure all working tasks are delivered to deadline.
