Job Description:
1.Overall planning and management of regional product projects with alignment of BSH product development process (PDP), with special focus of project milestones (M0-M8), project/ product costs, and product quality
2.OEM supplier management by adapting supplier process with BSH product development process, balancing between information transparency and BSH know-how protection
3.Product lifecycle management to implement variant application, quality improvement engineering change, phase-in & phase-out
4.Leading feasibility study on new concept for new business cases (supplier and product screening, technical and financial feasibility, design for manufacturing, schedule briefing etc.)
5.Controlling and reporting the project status to relevant stakeholders and management (including Project Review Meetings (PRM), Project Jour Fixe, and other Project Meetings) Manages overall information flow among internal and external stakeholders
Professional Requirements:
1.Three to five (3-5) years' experience in Technical Product Management, Product Development or other departments in a manufacturing environment
2.Project management & Controlling experience
3.Bi-lingual (English/German) a plus
4.Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
5.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
6.Time management and project management skills
7.Strong organizational skills
