Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ***** Designer Expert to join our team in San Paulo. The ideal candidate will have expertise in user experience design, brand design, and other related areas, and will be fluent in English, Portuguese and Chinese.

As a Senior ***** Designer Expert, you will be responsible for leading the *****ization design of Brazil, working closely with our product and marketing teams to create engaging and effective designs that resonate with the Brazilian market. You will also be responsible for leading and executing design projects, providing guidance and support to ensure that all design work is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead the *****ization design of Brazil, ensuring that all design work is culturally appropriate and resonates with the Brazilian market.
Leading and executing design projects, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Work closely with our product and marketing teams to create engaging and effective designs that meet business objectives.
Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that designs are user-centric.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet project requirements.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in design, with a focus on user experience and brand design.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Chinese.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to leading and excuting design projects and provide guidance and support as needed.
Experience conducting user research and using data to inform design decisions.
Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
