Main Accountability:
- Assist customer service teams to support customers in reporting and system solutions.
- Monitor origin teams’ data quality and improve data integrity
- Provide system support and training to internal and external users for new production rollout
- Provide KPI reports timely and accurately.
Requirements:
- University graduates or above, major in Logistics, International Economy and Trade, English or related disciplines
- Basic experience and background of business knowledge (trading, shipping, import or export)
- Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill, CET-4 or above, CET-6 is preferred
- Detail-minded, organized, proactive, patient, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good EXCEL, PPT, WORD skills
