Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the touchpoints of the collaborations with the influencers.
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure the performance of the collaborations.
• Effectively manage a team to ensure the goals of the campaigns are met.
• Actively communicate with overseas talent management agencies to develop an exclusive partnership with them.
• Manage end to end campaign planning process and ensure successful execution in partnership campaign strategies.
• Drive innovation to increase monthly performance to grow the number of active influencers.
• Receive requests from other functional teams and ensure to deliver a successful result based on data, research and analytics.
• Optimize the campaign strategies with influencers in accordance with the requests from brands and cross functional teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• More than 2 years experience in campaign planning
• More than 2 years experience working with social media platforms mainly with Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube.
• Ability to manage 2 – 3 foreign employees and create solutions to oversee the performance of their daily work.
• Ability to multitask and communicate with colleagues from different teams.
• Ability to speak & write fluently & professionally in English.
• Creative problem solver that can identify patterns/challenges from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced & actionable analysis and/or solutions.
• Ability to engage with oversee talent management agencies and develop an exclusive partnership with them.
