职责描述: 中高端技术岗招聘,IT 互联网金融行业招聘
1. Manages the recruitment process to ensure qualified applicants are selected -Conducts interviews with short listed candidates and makes recommendations and offers.
2. Develops and maintains relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
3. Fosters effective communication between employees and management .
4. Analyses the effectiveness of recruitment result -Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervisors.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in human resources or business administration.
2. At least 4+ years recruitment working experience, with the experience in headhunting or ITO will be an advantage.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork.
4. Able to work independently and under pressure.
5. Impressive interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
6. Good communication and coordination, good sense of team work.
