Essential Duties & Responsibilities
      
- Direct patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
- General procedures, examines, diagnosis and treats adult patients with surgical diseases, this includes both operative and non-operative therapy.    
- Prepares consults in both inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure treatment effectiveness and alters the course of treatment as indicated.      
- Diagnoses and treats patient with surgical disorders requiring advanced minimally invasive operative procedures.
- Provides occasional consultative services to residents, staff and other service providers for outpatient and for patients admitted.
- Supervises and teaches other health care providers (medical students, interns, fellows, etc).
- Participates in performance improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Medicine Board Certification or equivalent in General surgery
- Completed full training in General surgery in an accredited training program
- Active licensure in state, province, or country of origin or past residence
- Strong command in English and/or Mandarin(other languages are a plus)
- Minimum 10 years clinical surgical experience
- Ability to work in a multi-culture, multi-discipline environment
- Flexible with clinic locations and clinical hours (extended day shift, weekend, or night shift)
