1. Responsible for 2D/3D data design of exterior system components, make technical requirements, design specifications, SSTS, DVP, DFMEA, exterior system development process and other technical documents； 

2. Ensure the exterior system components meet regulatory standards, vehicle testing, manufacturing feasibility, quality and other requirements； 

3. Responsible for supporting purchase team in supplier nomination, signing technical development agreements, and preparing system and component level development timing plans； 

4. Responsible for confirming the supplier's tooling plan and gauge plan, completing OTS and ESO approval of components, solve problems during component trial assembly and testing, tracking the progress of component design changes, and approving changed parts； 

5. Ensure meeting mass production requirements for exterior parts. And responsible for analyzing and solving production and after-sales technical problems； 

6. Hold regular meetings with the overseas team to advance the progress of the exterior system and reach a consensus； 

7. Responsible for developing and implementing cost reduction and lightweight solutions for exterior systems, evaluating investment returns, and tracking progress； 

8. Responsible for the QCDP of exterior system development, in order to achieve the goal of QCDP for the complete vehicle project； 

9. Responsible for technical accumulation and cutting-edge technology tracking of exterior systems； 

10. Support business promotion and business trips, priority given to those with experience in developing front and rear bumpers. 

Requirement: 

1. Have more than 5 years of experience in exterior development or working as a Tier 1 exterior supplier, and have more than 2 complete project development experience in a vehicle model; 

2. International team work experience.
