Requirement:
1. Great understanding of blockchain development on SVN
2. 2-4 years working in software development
3. 1-3 years working with Rust and other web3 related technologies
4. Experience shipping smart contract code with non-trivial amounts held
5. Possess a strong sense of ownership in your work, which drives you to find ways to do things better and faster
6. Constantly on the lookout for new and innovative ways to solve complex problems through rigorous experimentation

Responsibilities

1. Support the design, development, and implementation of new features
2. Work collaboratively across workstreams to rapidly iterate, experiment, and grow the protocol
3. Build systems with an eye for performance, scalability, and resilience
4. Deploy, operate, and maintain services in production
