Job Requirements
1.BS or MS in engineering, Optics, physics, or optoelectronics
2.5 years’experience in EDFA, DPSS or fiber laser module/system development
3.Solid knowledge of fiber, principle of laser and nonlinear optics
4.Successful cases of leading mainstream production solution, DFM experience
5.Special fiber splicing and processing solution
6.Familiar with design of laser resonator and opto-mechanical system, such as LASCAD, ZEMAX, SolidWorks etc.
7.Skill of at least one mathematical tool Matlab, Mathcad, Python
8.Strong hands-on skill alignment station setup analysis ability.
9.Proficient in English writing and speaking
10.Focus on the optical performance and simulation commissioning and optimization of DPSS/fiber laser products.
11.Provide optical engineering and technical support including BOM/ product specifications.
12.Carried out failure analysis which optical related, beam characteristics, power etc.
