─ 负责项目施工现场的管理、协调和调度；
─ Responsible for management, coordination and dispatch on site;
─ 负责与客户、监理、制造商、施工单位和集团公司相关现场技术人员之间的协调联络；
─ Responsible for coordination and communication among on-site relating engineers and client, supervisor, manufacturer, construction company.
─ 负责现场安全、施工质量和进度管理；
─ Responsible for the schedule management, construction quality and on-site safety;
─ 作为现场负责人参加用户的工程例会，并组织召开公司内部现场人员的协调、调度会议；
─ Attend client’s project regular conference, organize meeting among internal relating employees on site;
─ 负责现场设备安装指导，确保安装达到设计技术要求；
─ Responsible for the installation guide of the equipments, and ensure that the installation meet the technical requirements;
─ 确保在安装、调试、性能测试的过程中按合同要求执行；
─ Ensure that installation, debugging and performance test are executed according to the requirements in the contract;
─ 负责对现场质量检验、试验和测试结果确认；
─ Responsible for conformation of the results of quality test and experiment on site;
─ 对施工中发现的图纸问题提出整改意见，并反馈给设计部门进行变更。
─ Offer correction suggestion on problems in drawings and feedback to design office for change;
─ 负责现场设备、材料和文件资料的交接；
─ Responsible for handing over the equipments, materials and documents on site;
─ 及时向项目经理汇报项目进展情况并协助项目经理解决现场施工出现的问题；
─ Report the schedule to the project manager and assist project manager to solve the problems appearing on site;
─ 根据施工进度和工作量，安排和调整现场服务人员的工作；
─ Arrange and dispatch tasks of on-site employees according to the schedule and workload;
─ 监督施工单位的施工进度、质量和安全，按公司质量体系文件要求执行；
─ Supervise the schedule, quality and safety of the construction company according to company’s quality system documents;
─ 负责现场文件资料的管理及整理归档，并负责现场技术资料的保密；
─ Responsible for on-site document’s management and filing and responsible for the confidentiality of the technical materials;
─ 发现和解决现场出现的问题，处理现场突发事件，并及时向项目经理和主管副总汇报；
─ Discover and solve the problems appearing on site, handle unexpected accidents and report them to project manager and relating DMD;
─ 编制周报并及时发给项目经理和主管副总；
─ Issue weekly report and deliver it to project manager and relating DMD;
─ 完成直线经理交办的任务。
─ Other tasks assigned from the leader;
岗位要求/Requirement:
─ 本科以上学历，工程技术类相关专业；具备耐火材料知识及施工经验；
Bachelor or above in engineering technology or related; Knowledge/construction experience of refractory is required;
─ 具备工程组织及管理协调的能力，可以有效协调多个项目并推进开展；
Ability of project organization and management coordination, ability to coordinate several projects and ensure these projects move smoothly;
─ 具备较强的解决问题能力；
Strong ability to solve problems;
─ 良好的沟通能力和谈判能力；
Excellent ability of communication and negotiation;
─ 积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；

─ 读懂机械图纸；
─ Can understand mechanical drawing;
