Requirements：

1. Min. 5 years working mechatronics experience in auto parts industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Automatics/Mechanics/Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
3. Skilled in 3D/2D development
4. Knowledge of Overmolding / Connector / Pressfit / ECU housing / Leadframe / FPC
5. Workable English level.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Identifies and selects materials, parts and connections appropriate for mechatronic sub-system design.
2. Creates mechanical models and tolerance analyses to simulate mechatronic design concepts.
3. Calculates and creates final layout, and the respective documentation and specification for parts, assemblies, or finished products.
4. Designs ECU housing and signal connection solutions
5. Analyzes existing development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements.
6. Implements or test design solutions.
7. Participation in the preparation of FMEA and failure analysis.
8. Participation in projects to reduce costs and improve quality of existing products.
9. Defines validation, evaluates the results and PPAP documents.
