作为SBR事业部的设计工程师，你将负责新技术和新产品的开发和维护，并及时获得合格的产品。支持新产品开发的各个方面，包括领导新产品开发团队支持新产品业务分析，新产品验证，表征，鉴定和生产发布，协调跨职能团队，晶圆厂，PE， PIE， FAE，市场，克服技术挑战。SBR是世界领先的二极管和整流器设计、开发、制造和供应商。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1、根据客户需求，负责设计开发二极管，整流器及快恢复管等新产品和技术，包括器件模拟，版图设计，制版，工艺流程设计，关键工艺细节设计，开发实验设计，数据分析等
Lead and drive new technology&produc of diode, rectifier and FRED development activities from concept to production based on customer requirement including device simulation, mask design, mask tape out, process flow design, key process condition, DOE, data analysis
2、量产产品的支持维护与优化改进，相关问题分析和解决。
Maintain and improve sustain product mass production and related problem analysis and solution.
3、产品竞争对手分析，专利及相关领域文章分析，新技术的展望以及专利的申请
Perform product competitor benchmark, patent and related paper study. Forward looking for advanced technology and address patent.
4、委派的其它任务
Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:
1、本科以上学历，半导体微电子，物理，化学，材料等相关专业；
Minimum BS (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, chemistry, physics, material science, or an equivalent field.
2、有5年以上的半导体设计/开发/工艺/器件等相关工作经验；
5+ yrs. experience in Semiconductor industry as a design/TD/PIE/device/process engineer or similar position
3、熟悉半导体芯片设计开发，工艺流程，器件性能，可靠性等优先；
Expertise in semiconductor devices including layout, device development, process development, device characterization and reliability
4、能够熟练使用版图制作软件和TCAD器件工艺结构模拟软件
Ability to make mask layout and TCAD for process/structure/device simulation
5、工作责任心强、主动性强、团队意识强、逻辑清楚、沟通能力强。
Responsible, Self-managed, and a proactive problem solver, teamwork, communication.
6、英语熟练优先
Fluent in English
