项目工程师project engineer 10k-12k

岗位职责position responsibility ：
1. 熟悉和了解IATF16949/ISO9000的相关知识，熟悉线束行业的相关知识，支持客户对产品的需求
familiar with knowledge about IATF16949/ISO9000, familiarwith knowledge of cable harness, support for customer’s request.
2. 组织CFT团队识别商业机会和可行性，并完成 RFQ 初步工作。
Organize CFT team to search business opportunity and analysis feasibility, and finish RFQ activities.
3. 负责建立BOM和装配工艺，评估工艺时间，识别产品的特殊特性并创建 PFMEA，
Take charge of creating BOM, assembly process, process time, identifying SC, creating FMEA .
4. 按照客户要求，及时完成样品交货
as per customer request, finish sample delivery in time.
5. 为新产品开发、制造工艺设计和实施以及持续改进项目制定、记录和维护项目计划make/record/maintain project plan for new product development project, process improvement and other continuous improvement project.
6. 领导跨职能的新产品开发团队，通过使用项目管理方法，推动项目顺利进行。
lead and drive CFT team to move project forward smoothly by using the project management methodology.
7. 主动识别、记录和执行风险降低活动，以尽量减少与成本、质量和时间相关的项目风险。
Proactively identity, record, and reduce potential risk, reduce the risk of cost, quality, schedule.
8. 倡导并确保项目团队遵守产品开发流程和其他相关程序。
Lead team to develop projects as the project development procedure and other related quality procedure.
9. 协助团队完成PPAP提交和客户审核部分协调工作
coordinate the activities of customer visit and audit, support team to deliver PPAP in time.
10. 完成管理层分配的其他相关工作。
Finish other works assigned by management.

岗位要求position requirements：
1. 学历：本科及以上
education background： bachelor degree or above
2. 线束行业3-5年相关经验优先
3-5years experience in wire harness industry is preferred

3. 良好的英语口语及读写能力
4. Good command of spoken and written English
5. 良好的PC和办公软件技能（Excel，Word，PPT，Project，CAD，Pro/E or Catia or solidworks）
