工作职责:
01 Involve in new project launch, ensure delivery quality in project stage.
在质量项目阶段参与新项目启动,保证交付。
01 Identify the quality risk, make and implement a quality plan to achieve quality target.
识别质量风险,制定和实施质量计划来达到质量目标。
01 Prepare OTS/PPAP documentation and quality related documents in required time limit.
在规定时间内准备OTS / PPAP文档和质量相关文件。
01 Solve all customer complaints and handle requirements from customers in required time limit.
1.Responsible for the root cause analysis of the production area and the isolation and selection of unshipped products.
负责组织区域的根因分析及处理未发货的产品的隔离、组织挑选；
2.Carry out the corresponding work according to the project node to ensure the project launch smoothly.
按照项目节点开展对应的工作，确保项目顺利启动。
3.Cooperate with the company's audit team to deal with customer audit.
配合公司迎审团队应对客户审核；
4.Participate in the equipment design/acceptance process, new tooling/inspection verification and acceptance.
参与设备的设计/验收过程，新工装/检具的验证及验收
5.Participate in 4M changes and track the impact on quality before and after changes.
参与4M变更，跟踪变更前后对质量的影响
6.Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.
遵守公司信息安全管理规定，对公司信息保密，不泄露，保证信息的安全。
7.Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
配合公司需要，随时承担上级委派的其他任务。
任职资格:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above with Mechanical/Material Engineering background
本科及以上学历，机械或相关工科背景（英语优秀者可放宽至大专）
2.At least 5 years of quality related experience in Auto industry, familiar with IATF16949 system and passage car OEM specific requirements
5年以上汽车相关工作经验，熟练掌握IATF16949体系和OEM 特殊要求
3.Practical skills in the application of the five core tools in the automotive industry
汽车行业应用五大核心工具的实际技能;
4.8D, A3, return-to-zero analysis capability
8D、A3、归零分析的能力;
5.Basic operating skills of computer office software（Excel、Word、PPT、SAP）;
具备电脑的办公软件的基础操作技能（Excel、Word、PPT、SAP等）;
6.Proficient in English, able to carry out daily oral communication and email communication.
英语熟练，能进行日常的口语交流和邮件交流;
