检具工程师 10k-15k

工作职责：According customer requirement and input, finish design task qualified and on time, including Cubing modules and Single checking fixtures/根据客户提供的产品数据进行 cubing（整车检具）或单体检具的设计工作内容：83 according team leader's requirement, finish design work qualified and on time/根据上级分配的设计任务按时完成设计工作；83 have ability to communicate with customer and make meeting minites/需要能与客户进行技术交流，制作会议评审纪要；83 follow supplier milling parts status, and can support supplier in technical and feedback to leader side in time/跟踪供应商的零件状态，并能及时进行技术支持以及反馈上级；83 good communication in engineering work with other colleagues and customer, avoid engineering issues after finishing the work, and can make the engineering work via Magna design standard/在设计工作中要主动与其他设计同事进行设计配合沟通，尽量避免在设计完后再发现问题，并且要按照麦格纳的设计标准进行设计；83 support milling and CMM team for issues solving and proposal making in project running if possible/在项目进行中，如有需要，协助加工和测量进行问题商讨和提出解决方案；83 if necessary, can accept OT work for project deliver on time/ 如果项目多或交付时间比较赶，如有需要，需要能够配合上级进行加班安排；83 make project summary and lessons learned when project finished to avoid the same issues happened again in following project/项目结束后能够进行项目问题总结和经验教训，避免以后犯同样的错误；83 finish other work offered by leader/完成上级交代的其他工作内容；能力要求：83 Strong responsibility and good communication skill in working, have ability to coordinate with the people related with personal position/有责任心，较强的沟通能力，能够协调与本职岗位相衔接的岗位人员工作；83 3 years cubing and checking fixtures engineering experience/3 年以上 cubing 和检具设计工作经验，会 cubing 设计者优先考虑；83 To be good at finding issues and solving issues/善于发现问题解决问题；83 UG and CATIA software skill/UG,CATIA 软件，会使用 CATIA 软件者优先考虑；83 Junior College above required/大专以上学历83 With great management project ability and communicate with customers 优秀的带项目和和客户沟通能力83 Basic English skill: 具有一定的英文读写能力。
