Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the full content operation process across multiple platforms (Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account, company website), including topic planning, copywriting, visual layout, and publishing. Assist with both Chinese and English content optimization.
2. Collaborate with an international team to carry out the complete short video production process—from creative scripting and on-site filming to post-production (effects/subtitles/sound)—and explore innovative content in the professional workplace domain.
3. Support data analysis efforts to learn how to enhance account influence through content optimization.
