研发项目主任 16k-20k

职责内容/Responsibilities:
1． 负责项目实施全过程管理；
Responsible for project whole process management.
2． 负责项目团队建设与项目指导；
Responsible for project team management and project coaching.
3． 负责编制项目开发计划，项目工作日常执行，识别和控制项目风险，有效控制项目开发进程和项目质量；
Responsible for preparing the project development plan, conducting the daily execution of the project work, identifying and controlling project risks, and effectively controlling the project development schedule and project quality.
4． 负责解决项目开发过程中遇到的质量问题和管理问题，及时向上级主管汇报项目进展；
Responsible for problem solving during project development, update project status accordingly & report the key progress to top manager.
5． 定期或不定期组织项目团队，召开项目推进会，督促、协调各部门及供应商按时、保质、保量完成各项工作；
Organize regular or irregular meetings, to promote and coordinate all departments and suppliers to complete the work on time with good quality.
6． 负责组织召开项目阶段性评审会，回顾并总结阶段性工作；
Responsible for organizing project review meetings, review and summarize project status.
7． 收集、整理各阶段APQP资料，并归档管理。
Collect and file APQP documents of each stage.
任职资格要求/Job Requirement :
1. 大专以上学历；
College graduated or above
2. 5年以上电子行业工作经验或项目管理经验。
More than 5 years’ experience in the electronics industry or project management experience.
3. 精通APQP、熟悉PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC工具并能熟练运用, 熟悉IATF16949 & VDA6.3 质量体系运作。
Proficient in APQP, and familiar with PPAP/FMEA /MSA/SPC tools and be able to use it with ease, well understanding IATF16949 & VDA6.3 quality system.
4. 优秀的项目管理经验。
Excellent project management experience.
5. 英文听说读写良好，能熟练运用Office等办公软件。
Good English skills, proficient in Office, and other office software.
7. 具有较强的领导能力、组织能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力。
Strong leadership、organizational、 communication、influencing、planning and execution skills.
