What You Will Do

61 1.Responsibilities on product design & development activities to meet inside and outside customer’s expectation, with good product quality, delivery, cost.
61Prioritize engineering resource to be aligned with product framework strategy.
61Simplify, clarify, and adjust responsibilities, expectations and authorities based on comparative advantage to engineers.
61Drive technical deployment, encourage engineers seek relevant new technology.
61Establish, standardize, and continuously improve product development/project management procedures, systems, or tools to ensure the effectiveness of them.
61Protecting customers’ schedules and embracing the PDP process.
61 2.Identify relevant capabilities needed for the team to advance the vision; address talent gaps (develop, hire, role change, exit).
61Provide on-going coaching and focused development that facilitates personal transformation.
61Develop knowledge networks across the company and inside and outside cable/connector assembly industry and field of expertise.
61 3.Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems and Initiatives by following stated policies and procedures.
61 4.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

61 Bachelor’s Degree
61 8+ years of related experience in product development activities (Engineering,
61 Able to communicate in English both written and verbally.
61 2D/3D skills
61 Strong customer relationship skills
61 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively influence co-workers, management, and external contacts to drive positive outcomes to situations.
61 Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities among assigned projects.
61 Individual to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and monitor workload.
61 Proactive, and able to demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency.
61 Effective communication and presentation skills.
61 Strong PC and Microsoft software skills.
61 Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
