岗位职责：
- 负责项目的整体规划、执行、监控及收尾工作，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。
- 制定详细的项目计划，包括时间表、成本预算、资源分配等，并定期更新以反映项目进展。
- 管理项目团队，协调各方资源，解决项目实施过程中遇到的问题。
- 定期向管理层汇报项目进度和状态，进行有效的风险管理。
- 协调与客户的关系，确保客户满意度，同时收集客户需求，推动产品或服务改进。
- 指导并培训团队成员，提升团队的整体能力和效率。

任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、项目管理等相关专业优先。
具备 3 - 5 年 IT 项目管理经验，有成功主导过中大型 IT 项目（如数据中心）的经验优先。
熟悉项目管理流程和方法，如敏捷开发、瀑布模型等，能根据项目需求灵活运用。
具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门、不同层级的人员进行高效沟通，推动项目协作。
拥有较强的问题解决能力和风险应对能力，能在复杂情况下迅速做出决策并解决问题。
具备良好的团队管理能力，能够激励和引导团队成员，提升团队整体战斗力。
