As a member of Asia Engineering team, the Fan Electronics Expert will be responsible to leader fan electronics develop to support Asia business growth. This person will report to the electronics engineer manager.

The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:
61 Capture, review, and analyze customer requirements and specifications in doors.
61 Work with fan development team to define best electronics architecture.
61 Response for complete fan electronics design include hardware and software design.
61 Response for hardware design, including component select, schematic design, simulation, PCB layout, PCB manufacturing files release and so on.
61 Response for software design, including software coding, compile, debugging and so on.
61 Response for create and document hardware and software design and test specifications in doors.
61 Work with mechanical engineer to define and optimize PCB mechanical drawing.
61 Organize PCBA prototype build acc to PCB manufacturing files.
61 Release electronics components & BOM in Lear SEM.
61 Organize design for manufacturing review and continuously improve design.
61 Test PCBA acc to hardware test specifications.
61 Analyze PCBA thermal dissipation and optimize PCB & HW design.
61 Leader PCBA benchmark analysis and generate reports.
61 Analyze and continuously improve electronics BOM cost to support sale to quote.
61 Transfer fan technologies from global engineering to local.
61 Response for define EMC and electronics environmental test plan.
61 Support test engineer to execute EMC and electronics environmental test.
61 Support root cause electronics failures and continuously improve the qualities.
61 Support innovation team on concept and demonstrations.
61 Execute other tasks aligned by team leaders.
61 Available of domestic and global travel.
61 Training team members to improve team member skills.

Qualifications
61 Educated to bachelor’s degree or above in electronics engineering discipline.
61 At least 7 years experiences of automotive ventilation electronics design.
61 Skilled on office application (outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel, and so on).
61 Familiar with automotive electronics development process and APQP.
61 Fluent in English on read/write/listen/speak, CET-4 or above.
61 Rich skills of electronics architecture design.
61 Rich knowledge of HW design include schematic design, circuit simulation, worst case calculation, thermal analysis, PCB layout and so on.
61 Rich experiences on electronics components development and design for cost.
61 Rich knowledges of PCBA and PCB fabricate processes.
61 Rich knowledges of electronics components manufacturing process.
61 Rich electronics practice skills (oscilloscope, soldering, prototypes and so on).
61 Rich knowledges of designing and testing for EMC, Electronics Environmental.
61 Rich knowledges of Altium Design or similar hardware design ECAD.
61 Rich knowledges of hardware simulation and bench testing.
61 Strong in C assembly programming.
61 Rich knowledge of software testing, familiar with code static and unit test tools
61 Experience in using debuggers, test equipment like oscilloscope and so on.
61 Rich knowledges of LIN.
61 Good at learning and strong problems solving capabilities.
61 Teamwork and good communication skills.
61 Capable of leadership.
