Change Strategy Design: Develop and lead the overarching change management strategy, roadmap, and framework for the ERP system transformation, focusing on people readiness, adoption, and cultural alignment.
Stakeholder Support: Partner with functional teams to embed change management practices, providing tools, guidance, and frameworks to drive adoption of the new way of working.
Change Leadership: Act as the primary advocate for change, guiding stakeholders through the change curve by designing tailored communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.
Adoption & Engagement: Design, monitor and measure adoption metrics, ensuring sustained use of new ERP system capabilities and addressing gaps through targeted interventions.
Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the business leadership, functional leads, and program PMO to align change initiatives with project timelines, business objectives, and regional priorities.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine the change approach based on feedback and lessons learned, ensuring long-term success of the ERP system transformation.
