Responsibilities:
61 Develop and implement technical platforms and engineering strategies to meet company directions
61 Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians to design and execute from R&D, NPD, NPI to MP stage.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams – marketing, manufacturing and supply chain to achieve successful product launch
61 Ensure products adhere strictly to industry compliances, maintenance program and quality and safety requirement from international quality standard
61 High cost sensitivity to constantly drive cost down on product and processes
61 Upfront with industry technology trends and advancement to support new product development
61 Establish and maintain relationships with customer to ensure meeting customer requirements and needs

Qualification：
1.Fluent spoken English with university degree;
2.Small home appliance working experiences preferred.
3.Mechnical background preferred;
4.Can working under pressure;
