安装项目主管 5k-7k

- Organize and schedule installation jobs to ensure installation hand over OTD;
组织/计划/协调安装工作，确保按时交付客户；
- Understanding installation contracts;
理解安装合同，掌握施工的要点；
- Know Customer’s requirement through Customer (job site) visits before installation;
通过安装前的工地访问，了解客户的真正需求；
- Down payment / payment planning/Follow up;
跟踪安装预付款/付款计划/付款跟踪（开工后仍有设备款，一并跟踪）；
- Assisting on Installation Starting Permission;
协助客户办理开工许可证；
- Check the status of construction & follow up the corrected result;
跟踪土建进展和整改；
- Guide /coach /inspect fitter’s behaviors according to installation technical process;
监督/指导/检查安装工的操作符合迅达中国技术要求；
- Check fitters with the training and qualified experience to do before installations;
安装开始前检查安装工是否已有此类安装的培训或经验；
- Distribute needed installation TKs/Manuals/Quik References on the job sites;
将所需安装TK/安装手册/安装快速阅读手册发放到工地；
- Auditing and correcting in time;
安装过程检查/跟踪问题的整改；
- Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth progress;
与客户和迅达内部部门沟通确保安装工程的顺利进行；
- Updates field schedule according to customer’s requests;
按客户要求（和施工能力）及时调整施工计划；
- Pull signal confirm with customer;
与客户二次确认迅达公司的发货；
- Payment tracking/Vos;
付款记录/合同更改（VO）及产生的费用；
- Quality control of materials/jobs/results;
现场材料/工作/结果的质量控制；
- Right Unpacking;
严格执行迅达中国的开箱流程；
- Right inventory/on site transportation/Finished installation protection;
良好的库房管理（工地部件运输）/已安装部件的保护；
- Installation job checks/confirmation of self inspection reports;
安装工作检查/自检报告填写审核；
- Lower installation cost;
降低安装成本；
- Implement strictly installation cost budgeting;
严格执行安装成本预算；
- Rightly record and report cost;
及时正确的记录和报告安装成本；
- Strict implementation of Schindler China Safety Policy and Instructions;
严格执行迅达中国安全政策和现场安全标准；
- Participates in job site SH inspection, carries out observations (Safety Walks), close out Audit / inspection actions in writing when they are completed.
参加工作现场安全与健康检查、进行观察 (安全巡视)，完成审查/检查改进行动并记录结果。
- Safety Management in jobsite, timely corrected action of unsafe behavior and environment.
管理现场的安全状况，及时整改存在安全隐患的不符合项；
- Collect and disposal of hazardous waste according the related legal and corporate requirements.
按照法律及公司的要求收集处理危险废弃物。
