61 Serve as the primary customer interface for EV charging system communication-protocol testing projects or other EV-related products;作为客户技术对接窗口,主导充电桩通信协议测试项目或其他电动车产品项目;
61 Translate customer requirements & standards into detailed Test Instruction (TI) and DVP, coordinate internal resources (hardware, software, EMC, safety, environmental) to guarantee on-time test execution;依据客户要求及标准编制试验大纲(TI)和测试计划(DVP),统筹实验室内部资源(硬件、软件、EMC、安规、环境),确保测试按计划完成;
61 Compile/cross-check test and certification reports, secure data traceability, authenticity and accuracy;编写并交叉审核测试/认证报告,保证数据真实可追溯;
61 Provide real-time technical clarification to customers during project life-cycle, organise on-site or on-line witnessing, and drive rapid resolution of non-conformities;项目全周期内向客户提供实时技术支持,组织现场或线上目击测试,主导不符合项的快速闭环;
61 Support Sales in pre-sales technical presentations, quotation preparation and maintenance of long-term customer relationship;支持销售开展售前技术交流、方案报价及长期客户关系维护;
61 Participate in laboratory quality objectives, prepare technical evidence for internal/external audits (CNAS audits) and implement corrective actions;参与实验室质量目标达成,为内外部审核(CNAS审核)提供技术证据并推动整改;
61 Track latest evolutions of EV & charging standards, contribute to new test capability development.跟踪电动车及充电标准动态,参与新测试能力建设。
Qualifications任职资格
61 Outstanding fresh graduate or 1+ years’ experience in EV supply equipment (EVSE), power electronics or communication protocol testing;优秀应届毕业生或1 年以上充电桩、电力电子或通信协议测试经验;
61 Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronic Information or other electrical-related fields (candidates with programming hobbies are also welcome).本科及以上学历,计算机、通信、电子信息或其他电气类专业(具备编程能力者亦可)。
61 Able to operate power analyser, oscilloscope, CANoe, PLC analyser; 能够操作功率分析仪、示波器;
61 Good command of English (CET-4 ≥ 425 or equivalent); able to read and interpret international standards and produce English reports;良好的英语基础(CET-4 ≥ 425 或同等水平),能阅读理解国际标准并输出英文报告;
61 Clear logical thinking, strong learning agility, honest and accountable; capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;逻辑思维清晰,学习能力强,正直诚信,抗压能力强,可适应紧张交期;
61 Customer-service mindset and excellent communication skills; willingness to travel for on-site commissioning or witnessing when necessary.具备客户服务意识与良好沟通技巧,必要时可接受短途出差进行现场调试或目击测试。
