Key Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with Digital Transformation Team to analyze business needs and plan application implementations, aligning with goals.
2.Customize Teamcenter for business needs using BMIDE, Active Workspace, stylesheets.
3.Conduct rigorous testing to ensure solution quality.
4.Provide post-deployment support, resolving issues and enhancing systems.
5.Communicate with stakeholders, managing project timelines and standards.
Core Competencies:
1.Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
2.5+ years in Teamcenter dev/customization or project management.
3.Translate complex reqs into practical solutions, tackle challenges.
4.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
5.Familiarity with agile methodologies (Jira, Bitbucket, Scrum) is a plus.
