领导新产品的技术可行性研究，及时提供新产品产业化所需的原材料、工业设备和资本投资的准确成本核算。定义项目编码系统和指令，并监督其实施

Contributes to the development of R&D and Innovation strategy, policies and procedures. Sets up and Implements product design policies, procedures and rules.
Conducts technical feasability studies by analyzing technically new products/processes, defining its special characteristics and evaluating needs including machines, equipments and tools.
Contributes in appropriate way to financial feasability studies trough defining and communicating to Financial department costs to be incurred including BOM, Routing, raw materials and investments.
Defines & maintains the items codification instruction and carries out required updates following changes & modifications undertaken in accordance with defined policies, procedures and customer requirements.
Assigns appropriate codes to items regarding raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods and maintains its revision according to items codification instruction.
Records items on the Information System according to the predefined specifications and carries out timely updates following approved modifications.
Prepares, communicates and reviews R&D KPI's related to feasability study and defines accordingly R&D continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the R&D and Innovation Department and the Company's objectives.
Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.

通过界定并告知财务部门将产生的成本（包括物料清单、工艺路线、原材料和投资），以适当方式参与财务可行性研究。
根据既定政策、程序和客户要求，定义并维护物品编码指令，并在进行变更和修改后及时进行更新。
为原材料、半成品和成品分配适当的代码，并根据物品编码指令进行维护和修订。
按照预先设定的规格在信息系统中记录物品，并在获得批准的修改后及时进行更新。准备、沟通并审查与可行性研究相关的研发关键绩效指标（KPI），并据此制定研发流程、程序和系统的持续改进计划，以满足研发与创新部门以及公司的目标。
遵守质量与环境、健康和安全（EHS）体系的要求。遵守公司价值观、行为准则和保密协议。
