We are expanding rapidly in international markets and seeking a high-performing Overseas Marketing Specialist to help scale our global footprint.

Role Overview
This position is designed for a digital marketer who not only creates strong brand visibility but also drives tangible business growth. You will collaborate closely with the international sales team, support distributors worldwide, and execute global marketing campaigns that directly generate leads and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1、Global Marketing & Brand Growth
61 Develop and execute overseas marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate high-quality leads in targeted markets.
61 Strengthen brand presence on major international platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) through strategic content planning and engagement initiatives.
61 Manage global media relations, industry association partnerships, and PR opportunities to increase exposure and credibility.

2、Digital Performance & Conversion
61 Maintain and optimize the international website to increase traffic, engagement, and inquiry conversion rates.
61 Track campaign performance, analyze digital metrics, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

3、Distributor & Sales Support
61 Create marketing toolkits, presentations, videos, and promotional materials to support global distributors and sales teams.
61 Assist with international exhibitions, online events, and regional marketing activities.
61 Manage overseas lead-generation platforms, oversee lead evaluation and distribution, and support follow-up processes.

4、Content Creation
61 Produce compelling marketing assets including graphics, brochures, animations, short videos, and case studies tailored for global audiences.
61 Ensure communication materials reflect consistent international branding and messaging.

Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, International Business or related fields.
2、Excellent English writing and communication skills; capable of producing high-impact English marketing content independently.
3、3+ years of hands-on experience managing international social media channels and B2B marketing campaigns.
4、Strong awareness of global digital marketing trends, overseas user behavior, and regional marketing differences.
5、Creative, analytical, and highly execution-driven; able to turn ideas into results quickly.
6、Experience in overseas markets, environmental technology, HVAC, engineering or clean-tech industries is a plus.
7、Additional language proficiency is an advantage.

61 制定并执行海外营销推广计划，提升企业品牌在目标市场的知名度并获取高质量线索。
61 运营和提升公司在主要国际社交媒体平台（LinkedIn、Facebook、Instagram、Twitter、TikTok、YouTube 等）上的影响力，规划内容、执行活动并扩大受众群体。
61 建立与海外媒体、行业协会和合作伙伴的关系，拓展品牌曝光，增加行业影响力。

2、数字化营销与转化效果优化
61 维护与优化国际版官网，提高流量、互动度与询盘转化率。
61 跟踪营销数据，分析活动效果，持续优化策略，以实现更优投资回报（ROI）。

3、经销商与销售支持
61 为全球经销商与销售团队制作市场工具包、推介材料、视频和宣传素材。
61 协助国际展会、线上活动以及地区市场推广项目。
61 管理海外拓客平台，负责销售线索的收集、评估、分配和跟进支持。

4、营销内容创作
61 产出面向全球市场的高质量营销内容，如海报、图文、动画、短视频、案例分析等。
61 确保所有对外沟通内容符合公司国际化品牌形象。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，市场、传播、国际商务等相关专业优先。
2、英文写作及沟通能力优秀，具备独立完成英文推广内容的能力。
3、3 年以上管理海外主流社交媒体和执行 B2B 营销活动的实际经验。
4、熟悉全球数字营销趋势，了解海外用户行为及不同地区差异。
5、具备强执行力与创造力，能够快速将想法落地并推动结果。
6、有海外工作或学习经历、或具备 HVAC、空气质量、工程、环保科技等行业经验者优先。
7、掌握其他语言者优先。
