Responsibilities:
85 Lead, manage, and develop a test team (automation & manual), including hiring, performance coaching, career pathing, and fostering a quality-*** team culture.
85 Define and execute the overall QA strategy, with a focus on automation roadmap development—prioritizing test cases for automation (e.g., regression, API, UI) to reduce manual effort and accelerate release cycles.
85 Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks and scripts using tools/tech stacks such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, RestAssured, Cypress, or Playwright.
85 Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), enabling continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
85 Establish QA metrics (e.g., automation coverage rate, defect escape rate, test execution efficiency) to track team performance, identify bottlenecks, and report quality status to stakeholders.
85 Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements by embedding relevant checks into testing processes.
85 Stay updated on emerging automation testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously optimize the QA function.

Requirements and Skills:
85 Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
85 6+ years of software testing experience, including 3+ years in automation testing (hands-on experience with frameworks like Selenium/Appium/Cypress) and 2+ years of people management experience leading QA teams.
85 Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems.
85 Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines—ability to align testing processes with fast-paced iterative development.
85 Proven track record of increasing automation coverage (e.g., from 30% to 70%) and reducing release cycle time while maintaining or improving product quality.
85 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
85 Elevator/Escalator industrial development/test experience is preferred.
