Supervisor, AE for Wirele... 20k-40k

This position is set to define MPS brand new or complicated product, lead & manage AE team, support global customers and etc.
此职位设置的目的是定义MPS全新产品，管理应用工程师及辅助工程师，支持全球客户等。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New product define, especially for brand new and complicated products. 新产品定义，尤其是全新的产品和复杂的产品，集中在无线充电发射端芯片硬件IC方向。
2. Assign and direct Application Engineer and AE assistant to complete general task. 对应用工程师和应用工程师助理分配任务并指导他们完成任务。
3. Support customers to successful into mass production; help customer to debug FA. 支持客户顺利完成设计、Qi相关认证和量产；当客户遇到失效分析时，提供支持和调试；协助解决问题。尤其是无线充电发射端相关的产品应用。
4. Familiar with MCU and can cooperate with MCU Firmware colleagues. 熟悉MCU相关知识，并能够测试和验证固件功能; 可以找出固件的bug并提供fix solution。
5. Manage and train team staff. 管理以及培训团队成员。
6. Perform other jobs assigned by manager. 完成领导交办的其他任务。

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master degree and major in science in electrical engineering or equivalent. 电气工程或相关专业硕士学位。
2. 5+ years of experience in new product define and power management IC. 5年以上新产品定义和电源管理IC经验。
3. Customer-oriented. 以客户为导向。
4. Good communication and cooperation ability with other department. 与其他部门良好的沟通与合作能力。
5. Leadership skills. 良好的领导技能。
