85 The position covers electric related activities for conductive and insulative fastener development.
85 Support development teams to conduct product innovation and solve technical challenges during development, testing and application.
85 Cooperate with teams on research in new concepts, new products, new material and new processes by scientific thinking and methods.
85 Extend product application field, enhancing product team’s development & testing capability and ensuring ’s leading position.

Product Development
85 Cooperate with related departments (NPD/ME/NPD LAB) in new product development and promote to the market.
85 Participate technical review of new product development together with development team, confirm DVP test plan and support customer communication concerning electric related items.
85 Present new concepts and proposals on conductive & insulative fastener solutions to solve customers’ application challenges.
85 Conduct electric/thermos-related simulation.
85 Responsible for electric related DFMEA/technical documents compiling and review.
85 Lead problem solving and root cause analysis on electrical aspects during new product development.
85 Responsible for electric-related knowledge transfer and experience sharing for cross function department.

Electric Test Capability Building
85 Lead electric test capability building for conductive/insulative fastener testing including test equipment selection, lab layout and infrastructure configuration.
85 Cooperate with supplier on test equipment trial running, acceptance, test operator training and responsible for lab certification on electric test qualifications.
85 Responsible for the compiling and review of electric testing standards, work instructions.

Test Monitoring and Data/Report Management
85 Coordinate electric test plan based on project priority.
85 Monitor electric test and ensure product reliability.
85 Responsible for electric test data management, report review and summary.
85 Other tasks from supervisor.

85 College bachelor’s degree or above, major in electric engineering & automation, mechatronics etc., registered electric engineer certification owner preferred.
85 5+ years of electric system/connection product design and testing experience at vehicle OE, engineering company or related Tier 1 product suppliers; Experience on busbar/connector preferred.
85 Master knowledge of vehicle electric circuits and fastener connection.
85 Familiar with new energy vehicle electric system and IEC/IEEE/SAE related regulations (USCAR-2、LV214 etc.); Experience with successful project launch preferred.
85 Familiar with vehicle busbar design and its development trends on vehicle applications.
85 Independent software/hardware problem solving capability on electric circuits.
85 Master design & simulation tools (Ansys/ProE) for electric thermos simulation, product design.
85 Familiar with automotive APQP process and IATF 16949 quality system etc.
85 Strong DIY, problem analysis and solving capability.
85 Innovative, self-motivated and excellence pursuing spirit.
85 Solid English knowledge, ability to communicate orally.
85 Good coordinative capability, teamwork and resilience.
