高级电气工程师 18k-23k

主要工作职责是主导新项目设备电气的设计，开发与验收，依照设备预验收标准检查设备电气问题点并验证改善结果，优化现场设备的电控逻辑，解决现场设备电气相关的疑难问题。
工作内容:1. 参与新项目设备的电气设计开发与验收。
Participate in the electrical design, development, and acceptance of new project equipment.
2. 负责非标自动化设备程序的优化和调试（包括 PLC ，HMI,机器人，伺服等）。
Be responsible for the optimization and debugging of programs for non - standard automation equipment (including PLC, HMI, robots, servos, etc).
3. 负责非标自动化设备控制系统的电气元件选型。
Be responsible for the selection of electrical components for the control system of automation equipment.
4. 主导设备的电气维护和改善（包含裁切机，组装机，测试机等），保证设备的正常运行。
Lead the electrical maintenance and improvement of equipment (including cutting machines, assembly machines, testing machines, etc.) to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5. 负责现场设备的年度程序备份（包括 PLC ，HMI,伺服控制器，上位机硬盘等）。
Be responsible for the annual program backup of on - site equipment (including PLC, HMI, servo controllers, hard drives of host computers, etc).
6. 负责培训技术员电气维护知识。
Be responsible for training technicians in electrical maintenance knowledge.
7. 完成经理交办的其他部门工作，支持团队目标达成。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历， 自动控制， 电气自动化，电子电气工程，机电一体化等相关专业。
A bachelor ’s degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as automatic control, electrical automation, electronic and electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
2. 具备 8 年以上非标自动化设备程序的编写和调试相关工作经验（包括 PLC ，HMI,机器人，伺服等）。
Have more than 8 years of relevant work experience in programming and debugging non - standard automation equipment (including PLC, HMI, robots, servos, etc).
3. 熟练使用西门子/基恩士/三菱等品牌 PLC。
Be proficient in using PLCs of brands such as Siemens, Keyence, and Mitsubishi.
4. 熟悉 Profinet,Profibus-DP,EtherCAT 等总线协议， 熟悉 TCP/IP ，S7 ，Modbus TCP 等通讯协议
5. 熟悉 SEW/FESTO/西门子/汇川/英威腾等品牌变频器及伺服，掌握工作原理,结构及调试，熟悉选型应用，具备分析变频器和伺服故障原因及提出改善意见的能力。
Be familiar with frequency converters and servo systems of brands such as SEW, FESTO, Siemens, Inovance and Invt . Master their working principles, structures, and debugging methods. Be well - versed in their selection and
application, and have the ability to analyze the causes of faults in frequency converters and servo systems and propose improvement suggestions.
6. 熟练使用西门子/pro-face 等品牌 HMI,熟练掌握机器人（FANUC/EPSON/ABB/汇川等）调试。
Be proficient in using HMIs of brands such as Siemens and Pro-face. Have a good command of the debugging of robots (such as FANUC, EPSON, ABB, Inovance, etc).
7. 熟悉电气原理图， 了解电气原理图，熟悉非标自动化领域的传感器，伺服电机，步进电机等专业技术，熟悉检测设备及上位机软件。
Be familiar with electrical schematic diagrams. Understand the principles behind electrical schematic diagrams. Be well - acquainted with professional technologies related to sensors, servo motors, stepper motors, etc. in the field of non - standard automation. Also, be familiar with testing equipment and upper - computer software.
8. 具备良好的英语读写能力，普通话流利。
Have good English reading and writing skills and be fluent in Mandarin.
9. 良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，能承受工作压力。
Possess excellent communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork, and be able to withstand work pressure.
10. 独立完成任务，适应加班需求。
