Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and ensure production incidents of the Club’s business critical systems are kept to a minimum. Provide onsite support on reported fault and/or arrange maintenance vendor for remedy and maintenance services to maintain business operation.
2. Work closely with IT portfolio managers and operation team to ensure that the end user experience meets expectations and business demands. Ensure that SLAs in respect to maintenance of IT terminals and other equipment are fulfilled.
3. Resolve customer problems and strive to maintain a high problem resolution rate.
4. Ensure all operational activities comply with policies, standards, processes and procedures
5. Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to streamline project implementation processes and address any challenges that arise.
6. Oversee and manage multiple field services and ICT related projects and provides support to project teams, monitors progress, and drives continuous improvement.

8. Participate and contribute positively to maintain a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross team/division/department efforts and model collaborative behavious.
9. Ensure the accuracy of computer equipment and spare inventory in system record.
10. Maintain vendor relationship and evaluate vendor performance. Follow up with maintenance vendors and user departments regarding to various devices and systems.
11. Coordinate with other departments to understand their processes and provide improvement suggestion for BAU and project creation.
12. Work on office hours on local race-day and non-race day support. 7x24 phone standby support and onsite inspection for critical days.
13. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations in Mainland China under any circumstances. Follow and abide by the rules and regulations of the Club and the company.
14. Conscientiously and actively complete the work tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Education degree, years of relevant working experiences, soft skills, etc.
2. Diploma or above in Information Technology or relevant disciplines, Degree in Information Technology or relevant disciplines would be a plus.
3. Minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience managing and delivering hardware and software services including at least 3 years in a management/supervisor role.
4. Experienced in managing and coordinating IT and business resources and technical professionals to meet specific business objective, while maintaining professional standards, accountability, openness, equality and diversity.
5. Familiar with managing telecommunications carriers and having an established relationship with telecommunications carriers.
6. Excellent stakeholder management, customer service and communication skills.
7. Vendor management experience.
8. Professional certificate(s) holder is preferable such as ITIL.
9. Good command of spoken/written English/Cantonese.
10. Strong PC hardware & software, MS Windows, basic server & network knowledge.
11. Strong IT service management knowledge and experience.
12. Passionate and is a good team player.
13. Good communication skill and problem-solving ability.
14. Self-motivated with proactive attitude.
