SHE System Engineer 10k-15k

A brief summary of the provided position as below：
Responsible for ISO45001/14001 management system, including set up the SHE procedures, new project SHE compliance evaluation, support running ISO45001/14001 management system, organize ISO45001/14001 annual training, other ISO45001/14001 management system declaration, etc

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
-Support to implement ISO45001/14001 management system, set up guideline and procedures.
-Participate in new project SHE compliance evaluation(Such as EIA).
-Establish annual training plan, support each PRUS complete training.
-Support ISO45001/14001 management system running, organize management review, internal audit, and external audit etc.
-Organize departments to establish a safety responsibility system, management standards, operating procedures, safety checklists, and emergency plans.
-Develop and implement SHE management tools such as Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
-Organize and support environmental aspects identify.
-Manage hazardous waste, set up management flow and storage standard, declare hazardous waste recycle system.
-Mange pollutant discharge permit, such as declare and maintenance the environmental management system, set up management requirement.
-Assist the project department to manage the new renovation and expansion project to ensure that the SHE HRD requirements are met.
Support energy project improvement.
-Other relative tasks as assigned in your area of expertise.

Education and/or Experience
- University education with relevant qualification
- (Safety Engineering , Environmental engineering, Environmental science)
- 3 years’ experience

l Basic knowledge of ISO45001/14001 system.
l Good digital, analytical, problem-solving skills.
l Good interpersonal, communication and training skill.
l Good office software skills.
l Enthusiastic in work and strong sense and responsibility.
l Workable English.
l Registered safety engineer is preferred
