POSITION NAME: Plant Digitalization Business Analyst
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Digitalization Business Analyst (DBA) for Manufacturing and Operations (M&O) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with the assigned business units or plant, gathering business requirement and detailed business process analysis to enable the delivery of complex software development projects.
Within this role, the candidate will be responsible for understanding and verifying business cases for change, completing business process analysis, and defining business requirements, functional requirements, design, testing and go-live.
Robust collaborative relationship with business stakeholders, architects, developers, project managers, implementation/outsourcing partners & other business analysts
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and highly technical developers, translating business concepts into requirements that are implementable.
2 Manage relationships and expectations with business stakeholders and sponsors and support development and test teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
3 Expected to apply structured analysis and problem solving in areas who maybe not have business domain knowledge and experience
4 Oversee all the SCM/OM/Finance related configuration and design changes going into production through MCM review and approval process.
5 Responsible for clearly articulating target business processes and the business requirements and functional design to enable change.
6 Support development teams & quality assurance to ensure a solution meets its business requirements.
7 Support change management and training teams to prepare business stakeholder for process and functional change
8 Coach and Mentor the ***** & vendor functional team members for the assigned work stream
9 Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in information systems on Manufacturing and Operations or a related field
PREFERRED: Certificate of PMP, network, BABOK
REQUIRED: 5 years of demonstrated working experience in enabling or supporting MES or ERP systems in a manufacturing company with 2 years of leadership experience.
PREFERRED: 3 years of working experience in Siemens Manufacturing Solution Suite (CAMStar, OpsCenter, MOM, APS)
REQUIRED: 61 Good Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), VMWare, Printing Server
61 Network, Storage systems
61 Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
61 Good understanding and experience of plant manufacturing processes.
61 Good understanding and experience in ERP (SAP) processes.
61 Good understanding of MES exchanges information across other plant systems.
61 Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams.
61 Good communicator, engaging and able to work with offshore teams across various time zones
61 Good English communication skills (Writing and Oral)
PREFERRED: Experience in Siemens Opcenter(Camstar) or equivalent MES Solution
