We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst to support and enhance our Finance operations with a focus on Oracle ERP R12. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis, system support, and stakeholder collaboration. This role is pivotal to supporting business operations and ensuring seamless integration between business operations and Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Lead business analysis for finance domains especially in a semiconductor manufacturing domain.
61 Work closely with business stakeholders to support existing operations across functions and work closely with business analyst track owners.
61 Design and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities related to ERP, integrations and reporting.
61 Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure system implementations and enhancements in Oracle ERP system.
61 Conduct data analysis and generate insights to drive operational efficiencies within Oracle ERP and connected applications.
61 Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Oracle ERP.
Required Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
61 8+ years of experience as a Business Analysts working with business stakeholder.
61 Proven experience in Finance process.
61 Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Oracle R12 ERP modules, including Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Asset, Expenses, and Procurement).
61 Strong experience in system integrations with upstream and downstream applications supporting business processes.
61 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
61 Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including the documentation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Test Plans, and collaboration with technical and DBA teams to facilitate integrated change management.
61 Experience with Oracle technical skills such as SQL, PL/SQL, and other reporting tools is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
61 Certifications in Oracle ERP modules are highly desirable.
