工作职责:
Responsbilities:
● Ensure the revenue and gross margin target of the Communication Optics product line
● Working together with Global Sales team to support customer, provide strong technical support to build up customer confidence and trust
● Key Project management, include key metrics initiate, key milestone plan and control, project performance analysis and report (P&L analysis, market share position, competition analysis).
● Identify new and emerging markets, develop the products roadmap and strategic plan to position company as the market leader.
● Key leader in developing, monitoring and achieving the Annual Budget, 5yrs Plan and related financial goals.
任职资格:
Requirements:
● Master+, physics or optical communication background;
● 3yr+ communication industry experience, 3yrs+ experience of project management;
● Good English communication (both verbal and written) skills;
● Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization;
● Deep technical knowledge and understanding of communication passive optics, including the process, application, market;
